I have always been a good cook. I love home-baking and sharing food with people I love. I developed skills by trial and error through many years of having fun with friends and family in my kitchen.

My first cookie project was in 2012. I originally wanted to learn how to make macarons but I accidentally discovered the American tradition of cookie decorating. It happened that my friend was about to get married so I made my first batch. I've never looked back and I never learned to make macarons!

Cookies are my favourite thing. I love interpreting ideas into designs and I love the originality and humour of a plate of cookies. Every part of it, from rolling the dough to piping icing, painting with food colours and creating a gorgeous unique cookie platter thrills me!

​The colours and flavours, shapes and designs combine to form a tactile experience with visual beauty and they taste really yummy!

My cookies are traditional American Sugar Cookies, iced in Royal Icing.
They are hand made, fresh in Sydney, Australia with Australian butter, sugar, flour (wheat) and eggs.
Iced Decorated Cookies have a long shelf life and can be posted within Australia. ​​
